Established in 1987, Carmel Education Society is the fruition of a deeply cherished dream of our esteemed Founder Mr. R. A. Lawrence.

Since then, Carmel Education Society has expanded to manage two educational institutions in Maharashtra. The Trust is supported by a distinguished Board of Trustees, which includes eminent educationists and professionals who contribute to the strategic direction and development of educational institutions.

This collaborative effort ensures that students benefit from a wealth of expertise and experience in the field of education, contributing to their holistic development and academic success.

Carmel High School, situated on Ghodbunder Road, Thane West, embarked on its inaugural academic year on June 13th, 1987. Since its inception, the institution has undergone progressive expansion.

In 2022, Carmel Education Society expanded its educational network by establishing Mount Carmel High School in Shahapur, Maharashtra. The institution's affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education reflects its commitment to providing a curriculum aligned with national educational standards.

This strategic expansion into Shahapur, Maharashtra, represents the Society's dedication to extending quality education to a broader demographic, contributing to the region's educational advancement.

Emphasizing early childhood education, Mount Carmel High has earned elite standing as a distinguished institution and the school campus spans 2.5 acres and features air-conditioned facilities.
